Custom Solutions
Optimise your existing apps and interfaces
Custom developments, integrations and individual processes around your CRM have grown over time, but not always to a plan. We review what holds up, simplify what is needlessly complicated and make sure your surrounding systems are easy to monitor, extend and administer.
- Revise existing applications on your CRM platform in line with your current processes, as close to the standard as possible
- Operate reliably: monitoring and maintenance, support and incident management, release management and further development
Typical warning signs
When a second look pays off
- Interfaces fail, and nobody notices in time.
- Only one person in the company still understands a custom development.
- Every extension costs more than the last.
- Data does not match between CRM, ERP and other systems.
What we offer
From initial assessment to integration
System integration is the central challenge for CRM and digitalisation projects. A 360-degree view of the customer is only possible if surrounding systems are connected in a way that makes them easy to monitor, extend and administer.
Cross-system processes
Support in implementing cross-system business processes for a 360-degree view of your data.
Map processes to systems
Analysis of the relevant business processes and a joint assessment of which system best covers each sub-process.
Document interfaces
Documentation of system interfaces along the required data flow, including field mappings and data transformations.
Assess technology
Selection of possible technologies for implementing the integration, with an implementation recommendation.
Customer 360 framework
Implementation of a Customer 360 framework that connects your customer-related data and processes.
Connect an integration solution
Implementation of the connection via an integration solution where point-to-point connections reach their limits.
Embed your CRM in your landscape
Integration of Salesforce or HubSpot into your existing application landscape.
Migration and data import
Migration and data import when switching systems or introducing new ones.
Salesforce Customer 360
All customer-related data and processes connected
With its Customer 360 platform, Salesforce offers a unique way of connecting your customer-related data and processes. This enables real-time display and use of data across all customer-related processes. Marketing, commerce, service and sales/POS processes share information and can therefore act and collaborate in the most customer-centric way possible.
The solution is suitable for both B2B and B2C contexts. We are happy to support you in designing and implementing your Customer 360 solution.
What types of integration are there?
From a single API call to orchestrating many systems
API connection
A simple API connection – synchronous or asynchronous – enables dedicated individual actions from one system to retrieve information from or transfer it to another.
Simple integration
Point-to-point connections are suitable as direct links between two participating systems for a single action or a few actions.
Multi-system connection
Complex connection of several systems – unidirectional or bidirectional. Connection of multiple orchestrated actions between several systems with the help of an integration tool.
Complex connection with multiple systems
Complex connection of several surrounding systems, databases or other data sources (unidirectional or bidirectional), using an integration tool and with offloading of (bulk) data. Where needed, also synchronisation across several Salesforce Clouds.
Integration experience
What we have already connected
We have extensive experience in connecting a wide range of ERP, finance and CRM solutions such as Microsoft, SAP and Infor, as well as industry-specific solutions and other surrounding systems. For complex landscapes, we recommend scalable integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit or SKYVVA.
- Flexible configuration of integration flows via an integration tool (e.g. MuleSoft, Jitterbit, SKYVVA)
- Custom programming of the integration by calling the Salesforce APIs (SOAP / REST) or the HubSpot API
- Embedded views of other systems / mashups (e.g. Google Maps, SAP orders)
- Jumping into third-party applications via dynamic links (e.g. SAP Web GUI)
- Ready-made applications and connectors from vendors and partners with a defined scope of functions (e.g. MS SharePoint, Gmail)
